In animation, we create create the impossible, but we trigger real emotions. Our tools may be virtual, but our stories are real. That's what keeps me going: Telling stories this world needs to see and experience. Here, I give you an overview of some of the projects I worked on over the years.
Color Grading
I favor quick results, and this is what you get in Color Grading. The pressure is on, it's the last step of the creative image manipulation, I'm in the room with a director or cinematographer and we go through all the 1400 shots of a film in a few days. Color Grading gives you a ton of what a colleague once called "Bildglück": It describes the moment when you realise that this image that you're manipulating has just reached the sweet spot. Dopamine kicks when Bildglück happens. I want Bildglück all the time. If you want me to join your project in color grading, don't hesitate to ask!
